Quantity Surveyors
We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit Out)
to join our growing commercial team.

The Role
- Budget preparation, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting and preparing final accounts
- Procurement of subcontractors and subcontract documentation
- Preparation of monthly cost, value and reconciliation reports and final accounts
- Liaise closely with the Site Manager & Project Manager to record all variations, change requests & instructions
- Promote best practice in Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards
- Develop and maintain relationships
The Person
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying Fit Out role
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Knowledge of building regulations and guidelines
- Contractual background
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude
- Full driving license
