Grant partnered with global leader Kingspan Group to refurbish their 13,000 sq. ft. offices. Innovative Kingspan Light + Air products, including CPI Daylighting panels and Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) systems, were used to enhance the environment’s natural light and fresh air. Focusing on occupant wellbeing, biophilic design elements were incorporated throughout. Kingspan brand colours were reflected in bespoke furniture and fittings, designed by Grant.
