Grant Fit Out transformed an empty shell into a high-specified dental clinic in Manchester. The new five-surgery clinic covers approx. 3,000 sq.ft, and features an outstanding bespoke reception area, clinical surgeries, decontamination room, treat planning room, consultation room, staff area and toilets.

The fit out combines bespoke architectural carpentry, metal full-height glazed partitioning with a dramatic colour palette that contrasts hardwood wall panelling, and concrete flooring tiling that creates a striking interior finish.

There was a full Mechanical and Electrical installation, including comfort cooling throughout and enhanced ventilation including heat recovery. High-level feature lighting in the main entrance/reception area provides a bright space while the cabinets are specifically suited to the Dental and Medical Industry.
