This project involved transforming the space into a contemporary, flexible office environment designed to meet the needs of incoming tenants. As the main contractor, the works included a full strip-out, the installation of glazed partitioning, bespoke joinery, acoustic ceiling systems, and high-performance mechanical and electrical (M&E) solutions. Sustainability and wellness were embedded throughout the project. Energy-efficient LED lighting, occupancy sensors, and low-energy HVAC systems were installed to reduce operational carbon emissions. Natural aesthetics and oak finishes provide tactile qualities that enhance user wellbeing. The space features indoor planting and trees within communal areas, as well as private acoustic pods that contribute to a more balanced and health-conscious office layout, fostering productivity, comfort, and a positive employee experience. Delivered on a live site and to a tight programme, the project met the highest standards in quality, safety, sustainability, and user wellbeing, demonstrating Grant Fit Out’s commitment to delivering forward-thinking, people-centred spaces.
