Grant Fit Out was appointed to fit out an amazing and unique competitive social environment for Super Social at Leopardstown Racecourse. Over 14 weeks, Grant Fit Out worked closely with designer O’Donnell O’Neill to deliver this fantastic €5m hospitality venue, which boasts 15,000sq ft over 4 floors. It blends cutting-edge technology with hands-on fun. The venue also has a 150-seater family-friendly restaurant and bar. The fit out included 12 Holes of High-Tech Mini Golf, NxGen Interactive Darts, Supercharged Shuffleboards, and the ground-breaking Super Social Arena. These activities take traditional games to the next level, featuring innovative tech like magnetised golf balls that track scores, automated puck tracking for shuffleboards, and darts with digital overlays and automatic scoring. Grant Fit Out worked across all elements of the project from bespoke joinery of two bars, banquet seating, dart lanes, tailored lighting features, full AV and LED synchronised system. The project also consisted of a substantial M&E package.
