CONSULTATION AND TECHNICAL DESIGN

The first stage of any project is early engagement with the client and design team. Every project is assigned a project team who will meet with you to understand not just your requirements but also what you’d like to achieve. Our team will also take the time to understand what is most motivating and unique about your brand. We are passionate about bringing brands to life in a physical space, so every design detail is carefully considered. Incorporating sustainability is an important part of the design stage. We will identify ways to achieve an environmentally friendly, cost-effective environment. Before commencing work on site, we use Revit to develop a detailed design of the space with all components embedded into a model. This adds significant value by highlighting clash detection. A fully integrated BIM process is implemented throughout the construction to provide specialist coordination, project efficiencies and end-user information.

Almost all projects involve strip out, fit out or refurbishment. This is where your vision is delivered onsite, and your brand's unique environment is built. We are committed to the highest quality of workmanship at every stage of the process. Working to programme and budget, we always ensure the highest environmental and health & safety standards are maintained. We also have extensive experience working in ‘live’ environments. A huge emphasis is placed on neatness and organisation onsite to ensure day-to-day work can be continued with the least disruption possible to staff or customers.
